Not directly related, but we live in an interconnected world where a butterfly’s wings might cause… oh you get the gist. I’m watching, with considerable interest, the fight that’s currently going on between the Writer’s Guild of America and the Association of Talent Agents. As the involvement of talent agencies become increasingly prominent within the podcast industry, it’s probably useful for creative podcast folk to develop a stronger grasp on the underlying dynamics of Hollywood.
